LOW BACK PAIN STOP YOU IN YOUR TRACKS TODAY?
That’s how it started for one of my clients.
A little ache in the low back when they woke up.
Nothing major.
Until later that day, they stood up from a chair and turned just right.
Suddenly that small ache turned into a full muscle spasm.
Pain shot into the tailbone. Walking became difficult. Even taking a deep breath hurt.

We used a combination of three therapies to calm the pain and help the body recover:
