On a cool fall morning earlier this week, a blue spruce was planted on the St. John’s United campus in loving remembrance of Jim Bennett, who called Mission Ridge home.

Family, friends, and SJU staff gathered to honor his life and legacy. May this tree grow strong for years to come—a quiet, living reminder of the joy and connection he brought to all who knew him.

✈️ Residents had a fantastic visit to Beacon Air Group this week! We got a tour of the facility, explored the hangar, chatted with a mechanic, and watched planes in action. It was an exciting way to experience aviation up close!

We were honored to welcome Connie, who brought her beautiful collection of sound bowls to share with residents. The room was filled with gentle vibrations and calming tones as she guided everyone through a deeply soothing sound bath experience.

Sound bowl therapy is known to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and support emotional well-being through vibrational healing. 🌿

Today we had the privilege of learning from Cyndy with Alzheimer's Association: Montana during her presentation on understanding Alzheimer’s. She guided us through how the disease affects the brain, the three stages of progression, and key risk factors to watch for.
