Hello! It’s that time of year again and we are so excited to give back and remind people that they matter. We have made some changes to the name and logo of our organization, but the meaning behind it and our mission remains the same. If you would like to donate, our Venmo is

Examples of where our donations go:

Several MT based animal rescue organizations (donated supplies and sponsored adoptions)
Birthday cakes for different people in the community
Coffees for people in the drive-thru line
Clothing for kids and families in need
Lunch debt in some of the local schools
Backpacks and school supplies for kids in need
Gift cards for people in the community

Please let us know if you have an idea of where we could use our donations!

🚨LOOKING FOR 4 KIDS IN NEED🚨

We put together 4 backpacks for 4 students who may need them.

1 elementary aged boy
1 elementary aged girl
1 middle school aged boy
1 middle school aged girl

These backpacks have the basics in them to help each kid get started with what they may need for school.

Hello everyone! We wanted to jump on and give a quick update as to what we were able to do with donations over the past few weeks!

Donations provided:
Tons of supplies for the Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter
Sponsored the adoptions of 2 cats (Tin Roof and Kaiser Roll) and 1 dog (Skip) at YVAS
Handed out gift cards to strangers
Paid 2 birthday cake orders at Albertsons (one for a stranger named George and for another that was turning “59 again”
5 boxes of Crumbl Cookies that were dropped off for the staff at different business in Billings
Paid it forward for 10+ coffees at Sacred Grounds

We still have some leftover and will continue to give back, let us know if you have any ideas!

One thing we will also be doing is covering overdue lunch balances in Billings schools.

Margarita has found a home! Glad we were able to be a part of Margarita's journey.

🎉 We have to celebrate some major wins from this weekend: our longest-stay cat, Margarita, finally found her fur-ever home after 57 days at YVAS!! PLUS 12 other animals were adopted and six lost pets were reunited with their families! 🎉

However, a shelter’s work is never complete and we still need your help. With nearly 100 animals in the building, we are bursting at the seams with both adoptable and stray animals. If you are missing a pet or if you’re looking to adopt, please come visit YVAS!

Margarita is one of the two animals that we got to sponsor on Katie Day! Her adoption fee is covered and she’s ready for her forever home!

UPDATE: ADOPTED!

Natalie chose Margarita, a 2-year-old Domestic Shorthair, as this week's staff favorite!

We can't figure out how Margarita has been with us for over a month. She is THE sweetest girl, currently residing in our Meow Tower - happily chirping & greeting everyone she meets. Margarita loves people! In fact, she loves her people so much she would prefer not to share her person with other cats.

Stop by the shelter anytime today between 12-5 PM for a meet & greet. Margarita's adoption fee has even been sponsored by one of her adoring fans - let's find this lady her fur-ever home!

Shout out to Montana Freedom 14u-Brower softball team!!!! They had these stickers made. They will be passed out to opposing team's players throughout the season. Thanks for your acts of kindness and helping to spread awareness. You guys rock!!!!
