What do we train for? LIFE. 💪😉
CrossFit is all about functional fitness… and here are a few “real life” translations:
🏃 Running = escaping a bear encounter
⚽ Wall balls = tossing your kid in the air
💪 Muscle ups = climbing out of the pool
🔔 Kettlebell swings = dance floor endurance
➰ Double unders = building elite toe toughness
🔥 Burpees = practicing how to get back up when life knocks you down
