NAMI-Billings We provide mental health education classes, support groups, and community presentations. Please email or call us and we’d be happy to help you.

For the safety of our staff, our office is not accepting walk-in appointments during the COVID-19 outbreak. If you are interested in joining one of our support groups, email or call our office and we’ll connect you to one of our facilitators.

The ginkgo tree is one of the world's oldest living species and has come to represent hope and resilience in times of crisis.
• Grows up to 131 feet tall
• Can live to over 1,000 years
• Is considered a true “living fossil.”
• Produces chemicals that shield it from diseases and drought
• Withstood and sprouted again during the atomic bombing of Hiroshima, leading to the nickname “the survivor tree.”
• The leaves of the gingko have come to represent:
o peace amidst destruction
o stability during upheaval
o hope in the face of despair
