Yellowstone Valley Wellness & Therapy We are located on the west end of Billings, Montana. We utilize Massage, PEMF therapy and other modalities to facilitate healing.

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010. I use several therapuetic massage thecniques such as Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Ayurveda, Gua Sha, Accupressure, MyoFascial Release, Lomi Lomi and Shiatsu to realease muscle tension. I use other natural therapies such as doTERRA Essential Oils, Hot Stone therapy, cupping and PEMF to help the body relax and reduce stress and pain. I enjoy working with healthcare providers and Chiropractors to optimize your care and get effective pain relief. I am certified in Infant/Child Massage and I enjoy teaching parents how to effectively use massage techniques on their children to enhance sleep and behavior and to decrease stress. I find using essential oils in my home and in massage has been pertinent to helping my family and clients with their health and happiness. I also educate and consult with people on how essential oils can make an positive impact on their lives.
