Meet Kayla Nau, Assessment Therapist! Based in Hamilton, she's a key member of our Admissions team, ensuring kids receive the care they need when they need it most. 💛

As a front-line worker, Kayla is often one of the first people children and families connect with when seeking help. Her role is critical in providing timely support to families in need.

Did you know we set a new record in October, bringing nearly 800 kids into care in one month—eight times our previous average of 100?

Kayla, her Admissions teammates, and a crew of transition superheroes statewide made that happen, proving that when it comes to delivering care to kids—we're better together. 🤝

Thank you, Kayla, our Admissions team, and everyone who has worked tirelessly to deliver lifesaving mental health care to kids. You bring definition to our mission: "Caring people, preparing youth for life."

Meet Jammie McMorran, Therapeutic Group Home Manager, and John Hunter, Targeted Case Manager. Pictured next to our Christmas tree at Lewis and Clark Group Home in Helena, they’re part of an incredible team delivering critical care to kids.

In 2024, we expanded our capacity to serve, both in the community and now through therapeutic group homes.

As the number of kids we serve in group homes rises, we’re ensuring youth receive treatment in the least restrictive environment, allowing more Montana kids to find care close to home, rather than needing to travel out of state.

Jammie, John, and the entire Helena team are at the forefront of this effort, ensuring Montana kids receive the right service, at the right time—at the right level of care.

Thank you, Jammie, John, and our team in Helena + statewide, for your commitment to our mission and ensuring we deliver it to kids. No doubt, your work makes a difference. We’re so grateful to have you on our team. 💚

In October, YBGR and Youth Dynamics officially united. Together, we’ve doubled our size, expanding our footprint across Montana and continuum of care.

To celebrate, we created this top-notch branded pullover, with a few of our teammates working in overdrive to sort and hand-deliver them to our locations across the state—aiming for them to meet their mate for the holiday season.

Stay tuned over the next week as we reflect on 2024, celebrate our shared milestones, and honor our crewmates making our mission, "Caring people, preparing youth for life," a reality every day.

Richard and Brittany are true leaders in our mission—living examples of what it means to be “Caring People, Preparing Youth for Life.” Their commitment and compassion help us provide a safe, structured environment where kids can find hope, healing, and the tools to thrive when they return home to their communities.

Thank you, KULR8 News, for visiting us at Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch in Billings to help us celebrate Native American Heritage Month and raise awareness!

And a special shoutout to Josie Brady, our Native American Services Coordinator, for connecting youth to meaningful traditions, educational opportunities, and activities—fostering cultural awareness.

Students at the Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch have been immersing themselves in Native American heritage throughout November. The celebration includes cultural activities and important discussions about Indigenous issues.
