Betty Ann Roan, BS, LAC, has more than 25 years of experience in early intervention, outpatient and intensive outpatient care, aftercare, and relapse prevention counseling services for drug and alcohol addiction. She is licensed as a National Certified Addiction Counselor (NCACII) and is also a licensed Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) who can assist DOT employees with the return-to-duty process.
