Surround yourself with people who are capable of being quality mirrors. You need clear reflections of who you are, not messy projections of who they are... (Things like... "Your insecurity is holding you back. You're capable of more." vs "You're selfish and so controlling!") Be teachable with these people; these quality mirrors. Be influenced by their insight and welcome their display of your blemishes. Also, let's be diligent in being better mirrors, ourselves...
