I hear we're posting pics of the Christmas trees we're cleaning!

If you don't have one, get the mold spray in a fine mister bottle and spray it down. The difference is the spray bottle particles fall down. The fogger particles do a suspend and cling action so I effectively have cleaned every inch of plastic on this fake tree. Unplug it and make sure it's not going to fall down, the fogger goes hard.

And then there is humidifier monkey... we're at a whopping 15% humidity. I use distilled water and I'm putting whatever EC3 stuff I have in hand in there... spray or diluted concentrate. It wasn't directed, but I'm certainly not leaving it as is.

I still do candles every day. Yesterday we had some other new but different basement flood issue, so there is always something, but somehow we're healthy. Happy holidays.

We visited Phoenix Rising Equine today and had a great time meeting Aubrey and her wonderful friends.

Horses are amazing therapeutic animals! We've been seeing a lot of kids lately in need of help with emotions. There is nothing like grounding yourself with some time with a large animal. It helps build attention and teaches respect, focus, routine and so much more.

Scott pet the horses and of course he has super tuned Craniosacral powers now,so he tapped in to their rhythm. That was interesting! Comment if you want to know what he found. Phoenix Rising Equine LLC

We always have a blast at the Magic City Wellness Expo. Yesterday we demonstrated Craniosacral and Auricular Therapy. Well that escalated quickly.
’ve heard from many already that “mold is not that big a deal” does that sound familiar?
please explain why I can smell or taste mold 10x stronger than 2 days ago? A remediation event is a health event. I just so happen to have the luxury of biofeedback to help keep me sane, and help me feel aware. I gathered the insights to make this scan from, and Dr Dennis of sometimes it tells me to go outside, light an EC3 candle, or fog. It’s been interesting to see the world and MY homeis actually embedded in MY energy body. So I can’t say it doesn’t matter.

This is the test plate of a client’s master bedroom! These people are neat and tidy people!!! I never want to offend anyone when I suggest there may be mold in the home. I give away one test plate per person to help find where mold is hiding. The giveaway clue here was in a biofeedback scan where despite targeting the chronic cough that resulted after exposure to a viral infection, we knew it must be something more physical. These people were super proactive and took action right away to get rid of the carpet, seal the floor and reported easy breathing right away! Test your major fabric areas, especially if you were not the only homeowner!

Nose mold is gone now.

Long story short, had an old rug filled with mold. It had extremely unhealthy levels of mold and vinegar is not a substantial way to remove it. It’s an unfortunate myth that can actually make the situation worse. You can use an enzyme cleaner and essential oil combination that will get it to go down, but I didn’t have the patience. I will post an update on my nose mold next. 🤢😂 Don’t worry, it’s gone now!
