If you need multiple cups of coffee just to get through the day—and by the time you get home you have nothing left to give… that’s not “just getting older.”

Most women I meet aren’t actually healing — they’re managing symptoms.

And sometimes that management includes medications that temporarily quiet what the body is trying to communicate.

Things like:

• Acid blockers for reflux
• Pain relievers for headaches or joint pain
• Laxatives for constipation
• Sleep aids for insomnia
• Hormonal medications for cycle symptoms

These can absolutely provide short-term relief when symptoms are overwhelming.

But they often reduce the signal without addressing the underlying stress in the system.

Fatigue, bloating, brain fog, and hormone symptoms are rarely random.

They’re often clues pointing to patterns involving digestion, stress chemistry, blood sugar regulation, or circadian rhythm.
