Dance/exercise trainer is 54 years old.
Build cardio, strength and confidence.
Classes Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7-8.
$40 a month due on the 1st or $10 a time.

Because of this I’m heading to the Altrain gym this morning and I’ll be dancing tonight.
Whole Foods for the whole me. Water, water, water!
