🌍 World Mental Health Day 💚

Your mind and body are connected. Mental health influences how you move, heal, and stay consistent in rehab, and physical therapy can support both.

Movement boosts mood, reduces stress, and builds confidence in your recovery. Taking care of your body helps your mind, and caring for your mind helps your body heal. 🙌

👉 For your neck & shoulders: Chin tucks + shoulder rolls
👉 For your back & hips: Seated twists + hip flexor stretches
👉 For your posture: Feet flat, screen at eye level, and move every 30–45 minutes

🧠 Concussion Rehab: More Than Just Rest

September is Concussion Awareness Month, the perfect time to clear up one of the biggest myths: that recovery means sitting in a dark room until you “feel better.”

The reality? Rehab is active, guided, and tailored to help you recover faster and safer. From light movement and balance work to vision retraining and education, every step is designed to get you back to school, work, or sport with confidence.

Rest is only step one. Rehab is the real game-changer. 🙌
