I am soooooo excited to be offering Foraging Edible and Medicinal Plants through Rocky Mountain Academy of Energetic Arts this year!!!

We will discuss the bounty of food (and superfoods!) and medicine that is growing right outside our doors!!! We will learn identification, plant energy, harvesting, preparations and recipes and lots more!!!

Easy Zoom format so you don’t have to leave your house after a long day! 4 weekly classes on Thursday evenings starting March 26!!!!

Over the past week, I’ve watched people generously hand money to the homeless, I’ve watched people pay for dinners joyfully for those they love and compliment strangers.

I’m grateful to watch this and be reminded of what I have the potential to be.

It’s really all about the people. In the end, it’s not about how much wealth you hoarded or what car you drive or what clothes you wear. It’s about how you treated others.

I can do better in my life - everyone can. Even at work, if you manage people, look for the good that they do and tell them. As in all things, always look for the good. People will want to work so much harder for you if you focus on appreciation instead of lack. It’s a good time to be grateful and generous.
