Team Spotlight: Hilary! ✨

When she’s not helping support patients at Montana Psychiatry, Hilary loves getting outside and exploring all that Montana has to offer. This photo was actually taken in Glacier National Park last summer, and if you know Montana, you know the trail options are pretty amazing!

Hilary joined our team in 2022 and feels grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those navigating mental health challenges. We’re so lucky to have her caring heart and adventurous spirit on our team! 💚

Meet Mara, our Bozeman Clinical Coordinator and Behavioral Health Technician. Her dedication and warmth make every patient feel seen and supported. 💛 😃

When she’s not helping others navigate their mental health journeys, Mara loves spending quality time with her kids—whether it’s hiking the trails, relaxing at the lake or hot springs, or enjoying cozy movie nights at home. Feeling exhausted, unmotivated, or “off” all the time? It might not just be burnout. 💛

Burnout usually comes from one area of life—like work or school—and taking a break can help you feel better. Depression, however, doesn’t go away with rest or a vacation. It can linger, affecting your mood, energy, and joy no matter what you try.

The good news? Depression can be treated with therapy, medication, lifestyle changes, or a combination of approaches. The earlier you get support, the better the outcomes.

You don’t have to push through alone.

Is It Burnout or Depression? Feeling drained, stressed, or like you’re running on empty? Many of us hit that wall where everything feels like too much. But when that heavy feeling starts to seep into your everyday life making it hard to show up at work, connect with others, or even enjoy things yo...

Some days, just getting out of bed feels impossible. 💛

You might feel exhausted, foggy, or like nothing really motivates you and it can be frustrating and lonely. That’s why at Montana Psychiatry, we make the first Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) appointment all about understanding you and how you’re feeling.

During your first visit, our team will talk with you about what’s been going on with your mood, energy, sleep, and past treatments. We’ll explain exactly how TMS works and what to expect, step by step. Most people are surprised to learn that it’s non-invasive, painless, and that you can get back to your normal day right afterward.

The first session is about getting clarity, feeling supported, and knowing you’re not alone in this. Taking the first step toward feeling better can be hard, but you don’t have to do it alone.

Curious if TMS could help you? Book a consultation today.

Happy Monday! 😃

This week, try giving yourself permission to honor your emotions without judgment. Feeling frustrated, anxious, tired, or even joyful is all valid. When you allow yourself to truly feel, you create space to understand your mind, process your experiences, and take meaningful steps toward healing.

Be gentle with yourself this week. We're here for support 💜

Life is busy. Work. School. Sports. Appointments. Dinner. Repeat. 💛

Taking care of your mental health can easily get pushed to the bottom of the list. That’s where telepsychiatry can help.

With telepsychiatry, you can meet with a Montana Psychiatry provider from the comfort of your own home. No driving. No waiting rooms. No rearranging your whole day. Just compassionate support that fits into your schedule.

For busy families, this means:
✔️ Appointments during lunch breaks or after the kids are in bed
✔️ Care without pulling kids out of school
✔️ Support in a space where you already feel safe

Getting help shouldn’t add more stress. It should make life feel lighter.

If your family has been “meaning to” schedule care, this is your sign.

At Montana Psychiatry and Brain Health Center, our interventional psychiatry team focuses on caring for people who may be struggling with depression, PTSD, OCD, severe anxiety, or other challenges. If treatments you’ve tried haven’t brought relief, ketamine therapy may be another option worth exploring. Many patients experience meaningful improvement when given the right support and approach.

If your mental health has been affecting your peace, your relationships, or your daily life, please remember: you’re not out of options. Support is here, and healing is possible.
