FOUNDATIONS: BALANCE ☀️
I created this series because I’ve watched so many of my current students continue to show up for themselves week after week — and not only grow on the mat, but carry that steadiness, confidence, and balance into their everyday lives too.
This series is about building from the ground up.
Over 8 weeks, we’ll explore standing balance, core stability, and playful arm balances in a way that feels approachable, supportive, and progressive for all levels. Some evenings we’ll take our practice outside and flow together under Montana’s summer sky 🌿
Yoga has such a beautiful way of reminding us that growth happens slowly — through consistency, breath, patience, and continuing to come back to ourselves.
Tuesdays at 6:15PM
June 9th – July 28th

Outdoor Yoga is back 🌿

Two chances to get outside and flow with me this week—one of them part of something really special.

This Saturday’s class at Swords Park is part of Roots & Renewal, a community-wide celebration expanding Arbor Day into something bigger—bringing people together around nature, education, and giving back 🌎
I’m just a small part of it, but it’s really cool to see so many local businesses and organizations coming together for this.

✨ Flow with me:

This Saturday • 10AM
📍 Swords Park (on the rims)
Roots + Renewal Flow 🌦️rain or shine

This Monday • 5PM
📍 Veterans Park
Evening Flow

Both are pay what you can ($5–25) + all levels welcome 🤍

If you’ve been craving fresh air, movement, and a little reset…this is your week 🌿

Which one are you coming to—Saturday or Monday or both? 👇

Everything Hallelujah 😊

Thank you Justin Bieber for this fun new song…
Tuned out of the socials for a week—road tripping to see family and friends, bringing our doggie to the beach 🐾🌊

Running and yoga every day.

Feels like a breath of fresh air.

Tuning back in to “Everything Hallelujah” everywhere.

Feeling recharged, restored, refreshed.
Stay tuned… some fun new Nomadic Yoga vids coming your way soon 🤍

Everything Hallelujah.

There is no one out there just like you.
The more you allow yourself to be fully you,
the more the right people and experiences find their way to you.

Thankful to feel comfortable being me now, it feels magical.
Thank you, Mr. Rogers, for this beautiful reminder 🧡

Giving a little love back to the places we gather 🌿
This Earth Day, we’re meeting at Pioneer Park to clean up the park + surrounding neighborhood—one piece of litter at a time.
Nothing fancy. Just gloves, fresh air, and a few good humans spreading out and caring for the space we get to move and live in 🤍
Stay after for a short standing flow if the weather allows ✨
🗓 Wednesday, April 22
⏰ 6:00 PM
📍 NE corner of Pioneer Park
Bring gloves if you have them (I’ll have extras) + wear something bright 🌎
Bring a friend or come meet one there—either way, you’ll have a buddy 🌿
Come for a few minutes or the whole time—every little bit matters.

A few years ago, I didn’t even know what chakras were.
I probably would’ve called it a little “woo,” if I’m being honest.
But during my own healing journey with seizures, I started noticing patterns—
not from studying chakras, but from how I felt in my body.
Sitting by water calmed me.
Being near a fireplace felt powerful.
Lying on the earth helped me feel steady again.
Nature became a huge part of my healing. 🌈
Later, I started learning about chakras and realized…
a lot of what I had been experiencing actually lined up.
Different areas of the body, different elements, different emotional patterns.
Even being drawn to certain colors—
(orange & yellow at the time) started to feel meaningful in a way I couldn’t quite explain before.
I’m still very science-minded,
but I’ve come to appreciate that there’s real connection here—
between the body, the nervous system, and how we experience emotion.
This is actually a big part of what led me to becoming a yoga teacher.
I remember wanting to teach a chakra series when I first started,
but holding back because it felt a little too “out there.”
And now… it feels really special to be sharing something that helped me so much.
You don’t have to believe in anything for this to be useful.
Think of chakras as a simple way to explore:
👉 where you feel things in your body
👉 what supports you
👉 what you might need more of
That’s it.
Take what resonates, leave the rest 🌿
