“Rheumatoid arthritis is invisible but the pain is very real.”

For a long time, my body felt heavy, inflamed, exhausted, and misunderstood. Joint pain, fatigue, swelling, brain fog… all while looking “fine” on the outside.

What changed for me wasn’t just guessing.
It was looking deeper.

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) helped me see what my body was actually struggling with mineral imbalances, stress patterns, and nervous system depletion that labs alone didn’t fully explain.

Instead of chasing symptoms, I started supporting my root:

This ‘high-protein’ yogurt has more sugar than ice cream.

20–30g sugar
• Liquid sugars digest fast
• Often spikes insulin harder than dessert

Better swap:
Plain Greek + berries + fat
Overnight oats

Balanced Overnight Oats:

Protein + fat + fiber = stability

Ingredients
• ½ cup rolled oats (not instant)
• ⅔ cup unsweetened milk (almond, coconut, or dairy)
• ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
• 1 Tbsp chia seeds
• 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
• 1 Tbsp nut butter (almond or peanut)
• ½ cup berries (blueberries or raspberries work best)
• Optional:
• Cinnamon or vanilla
• Pinch of sea salt

Directions
1. Add everything to a jar or bowl.
2. Stir well (make sure the nut butter is mixed in).
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
4. Stir again before eating. Add a splash of milk if needed.



🧠 Why This Works
• Oats = slow carbs
• Yogurt + nut butter = protein & fat
• Chia + flax + berries = fiber

This combo slows glucose release, reduces insulin spikes, and keeps energy steady.
