The fun this week continues for CPR education taught by Amey Branson, Director of Nursing, from our Oklahoma Homes facility! We are so thankful for the opportunity to collaborate, refresh our skills, and continue learning together while having fun along the way. Today kicks off the beginning of our CPR and First Aid refresher course! We are always excited for opportunities to collaborate, continue learning, and refresh the skills that help us provide the very best care possible.

What an absolutely amazing day at Billings Fairchild Center! ❤️
Our team gave 110% today to make sure every resident experienced joy, laughter, fun, and meaningful moments… just like they always do. From balloon volleyball and music-filled fun, to beautiful flowers our residents created and placed on the graves of those we dearly miss, to cooling off in the water, this crew never slowed down for a second. 🌸🎈💦
And the fun didn’t stop there! They also enjoyed outings to the movies and have a night of baseball games ahead! ⚾🎬
The heart behind this team is something truly special. The compassion, energy, creativity, and love they pour into each day never goes unnoticed. At Billings Fairchild Center, we don’t just create activities… we create memories, laughter, healing, and moments that matter.
This crew works hard, loves hard, and somehow still finds ways to make every day feel like an adventure. 💙

This Memorial Weekend, our hearts are especially full of gratitude and remembrance. ❤️🤍💙

A very special thank you to Chaplain Gary Wilburn for the beautiful and heartfelt service that helped us honor and remember the precious lives we have loved and lost. Your words, compassion, and presence brought comfort, peace, and reflection to so many of us during a time that can feel both heavy and meaningful.

Memorial Weekend reminds us not only to honor those who served and sacrificed, but also to cherish the memories of every loved one who continues to live on in our hearts. Thank you for helping create such a beautiful moment of healing, remembrance, and togetherness for our residents and staff.

We are incredibly grateful for your kindness and ministry. ❤️

This week’s staff in-service was such a great reminder that strong teams are built through communication, connection, and understanding one another better. We shared laughs, learned together, and had the opportunity to grow as a team with our wonderful guest speakers from Work Ready Oklahoma.
From exploring “My Color Personality” to discussing communication danger signs and practicing XYZ statements, the training gave us valuable tools to better support one another, communicate more effectively, and ultimately provide even better care and support to the residents we serve every day.

At Billings Fairchild Center, we believe growth never stops, and investing in our team means investing in the lives of those we care for. Grateful for a day filled with learning, teamwork, encouragement, and lots of laughter along the way. 💙💛💚🧡

From daytime smiles and busy hands to cheering at the ball field, today was one of those beautiful reminders that life is meant to be lived fully. ☀️⚾

We spent the day staying active, enjoying meaningful activities, supporting healing and recovery from recent orthopedic surgeries, enjoying work with friends and making the most of every opportunity to encourage strength, progress, and joy along the way. And just when you’d think the day would slow down… the fun continued outside with an evening full of fresh air, laughter, baseball, and great memories together.

At Billings Fairchild Center, the fun truly never stops and neither does the determination, resilience, and spirit of the incredible people we are blessed to spend our days with. There is so much they teach us. 💙
