Y'all!! I have never had a normal vitamin d level in my life. Even with taking supplements regularly. I stopped taking vitamin d supplements at all lately. I have been sitting in front of red light at least once, maybe twice a week for a month or so, and my vitamin d levels are within normal range! Why is vitamin d important? It's integral for bone growth and strength. It also supports immune health, muscle function, and brain cell activity.
