Former Mrs. Montana turned Olympic Lifting Coach, Lacey Gonzales has spent the last 19 years obtaining her certifications and deepening her knowledge of lifting and nutrition. Diagnosed with MS, Lacey manages her disease through nutrition and lifestyle choices without taking any treatment medications. With an Associated Degree in Holistic Healthcare, a Nutritional Therapy Certification and USAW Advanced Sports Performance Coaching Certification, Lacey works full time as an Olympic Lifting and Nutritional Coach, offering ‘Introduction to Weight Lifting’ children’s workshops and one on one lifting and nutritional coaching for all ages.
