Anyone who has ever tried to video a gold crown inlay or onlay in this much detail knows it's a huge pain. But I think I really figured a thing out here. It took a long time but thats one of the advantages of being a lab and making your own inlay. Here I used two different colors of light yellow and white, in a light box, on a rotating table, I used my Iphone and a Shift lense. It's a cool effect to see the occlusion play with the two different colors of light.
If you ever get a patient who doesn't want amalgam or composite for whatever reason, don't forget about gold, and don't forget McTech does them right.
