Coming Soon...

Did you know that Beautiful Directions Counseling will be offering "Group Sessions" as an option for Individuals?

* Group Sessions: Why, When and Where

** Why: We have received multiple requests to offer Group Sessions. They are an affordable yet effective way to complement what you may be doing currently for support. Plus, we recognize that individuals value group sessions, as they offer a community of like-minded people who come together to learn, grow, and evolve as a collective.

** When: These sessions will be offered biweekly in the evenings. Stay Tuned for dates, times and fees, etc.

** Where: Sessions will be held at our office at BDC, located at 100 N. 27th St. Suite # 355 (Above Jake's Downtown)

** Parking available on-street and in the parking garage across N. 27th

* During Sessions: You’ll talk and share with your session leaders and others who may be facing similar challenges. There is Power in a Group.

* Confidentiality: Everything discussed during these sessions is confidential, just like other in-office visits. The platform your group leaders will use will have strong security to protect your privacy.

* Benefits: It’s highly convenient and can save you time, and it also creates a sense of community. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to learn from your leaders, as well as, others.

Happy St. Patrick's Day Weekend!

"May your troubles be less and your blessings be more, and nothing but happiness come through your door".

Sometimes coping skills get a bad reputation because they sound complicated or time-consuming. But regulation doesn’t require a 30-minute routine, a yoga mat, or the “perfect” mindset.

Sometimes it’s just:
👉One slow exhale
👉Unclenching your jaw
👉Pressing your feet into the floor
👉Naming what you see around you

Small interventions can shift your nervous system more than you think. When we practice coping skills in low-stakes moments, they’re there for us in the high-stakes ones.

Save this for later. Share it with someone who needs a quick reset today.

Today’s the day!

Our March Provider Meet-Up is happening today at noon, and we’re looking forward to hearing from Dr. Thomas Keogh IV. Come to the Billings Foundation Building at 404 N. 30th, downtown.

Dr. Thomas will be sharing his perspective on how neurologically-based chiropractic care can support nervous system regulation, mental health, and overall well-being.

These meet-ups are always such a great opportunity to learn from other disciplines, connect with fellow providers, and continue strengthening our mental health network in the community.

Lunch will be available thanks to our generous sponsors, Montana Psychiatry and Nothing Bundt Cakes, so come hungry, come curious, and come ready to connect.

Hope to see you there!

We’re excited to share that our counseling office now has two counseling interns available to support our community!

Our interns are currently completing some of the stages of their graduate programs and are working toward the hours they need to become amazing licensed candidates and eventually fully licensed counselors. While they gain valuable experience, clients can receive counseling services even if they do not have insurance.

This is a great option for individuals who may not otherwise have access to counseling. Our interns provide compassionate, thoughtful care and are closely supervised by our owner and licensed clinicians, ensuring clients receive quality support.

It’s truly a win-win:
✨ Clients receive affordable mental health support
✨ Interns gain the experience they need to complete their schooling and grow into outstanding counselors

If you or someone you know could benefit from counseling but does not have insurance, please reach out to our office to learn more or schedule an appointment.

Next Wednesday at noon we’re gathering for our March Provider Meet-Up and you won’t want to miss it.

Dr. Thomas Keogh IV will be joining us to share his perspective on how neurologically-based chiropractic care supports nervous system regulation, mental health, and overall well-being.

As providers, we know how central regulation is to everything we do. This is a great opportunity to explore how another discipline approaches supporting the same system we talk about every day.

These monthly meet-ups are such a valuable space to connect, collaborate, and strengthen our referral relationships across the community.

Lunch will be provided (thank you to our sponsors, Montana Psychiatry and Nothing Bundt Cakes), so come ready to learn, connect, and build stronger bridges together.

See you Wednesday!

We can't wait to hear from Dr. Thomas Keogh with BARE Chiropractic! He has an impeccable reputation and backs it up with knowledge, expertise and real connection to his clients and our community!

We’re looking forward to our March Provider Meet-Up with Dr. Thomas Keogh IV on Wednesday, March 11th at noon!

Dr. Thomas will be sharing his perspective on how neurologically-based chiropractic care supports nervous system regulation, mental health, and overall well-being.

As mental health professionals, we talk a lot about regulation, stress response, and resilience and this is a great opportunity to explore how another discipline approaches those same goals through optimization of the nervous system.

These meet-ups are about more than just education. They’re about expanding our referral networks, strengthening collaboration, and continuing to build a truly connected mental health community in our region.

Lunch is generously sponsored by Montana Psychiatry and Nothing Bundt Cakes.

If you’re a provider in our area, we’d love to have you join us. Let’s keep bridging the gaps together.
