✨ This past month, so many of my client sessions have circled back to one theme: relationships.

Not just romantic ones — but the relationship to self, to the body, to family patterns, to boundaries, to how we allow love and connection in. 🌿

Somatic healing is powerful here, because our bodies carry the imprints of every relationship we’ve ever had. Old wounds, unmet needs, ancestral stories — they live not just in the mind, but in the nervous system, in the breath, in the way our body softens or tightens around love.

In our work, I help women:
💗 Notice where their body contracts or opens in relationship
💗 Release old patterns held in the nervous system
💗 Reconnect to safety within themselves so they can love more fully
💗 Cultivate boundaries rooted in embodiment rather than fear

Again and again, I’ve witnessed how when a woman tends to her body’s wisdom, her relationships shift — with herself, with her loved ones, and with the world around her.

Can you feel the shift in the air🌻As women, our bodies shift with the moon, the seasons, and our own cycles. Late summer and Lammas invite us to slow down, savor, and integrate the year’s growth. Somatic practices help us align with these rhythms instead of fighting them.
For years I would push through and keep going and I would get really sick with digestive issues in September that would cause me to stop work sometimes. It was terrible. My body was trying so hard to send me messages.

This last week is hard to put in words.
