Yesterday, our teams channeled their inner heroes for Superhero Day, and the energy was nothing short of superpowered! From capes and masks to original characters, our people came ready to inspire, uplift, and have fun...just like real-life heroes do every day.

This celebration wasn't just about costumes...it was about recognizing the everyday heroes among us. Whether it's supporting members with care, helping a teammate, or going above and beyond for our clients, we see heroes at work every single day here at Carenet Launch.

Day 2 of Launch Week: Wild West Day!

The energy is high and the creativity is even higher here at Carenet Launch as we celebrate Launch Week in style!

Yesterday, our teams saddled up for Wild West Day, showing off cowboy hats, flannel shirts, boots, and a whole lot of team spirit! From onsite to remote, everyone brought their best western flair, and we couldn’t be prouder of the participation and fun.

What makes Launch Week so special? It’s more than themed outfits...it’s about building culture, celebrating teamwork, and recognizing the passion that drives us every day.

Launch Week is Off to a Fantastic Start!

We officially kicked off Launch Week yesterday and the energy couldn’t be higher! In celebration of the upcoming 4th of July, both our sites are buzzing with color, creativity, and incredible team spirit.

We started strong with Tourist Day, and our teams truly brought the fun! From Hawaiian shirts and floppy hats to sunglasses, cameras, and vacation-ready vibes—everyone showed up in full force. It was a day filled with laughter, great outfits, and contagious energy that set the tone for an unforgettable week.

And if that wasn’t enough—our workspaces are already turning heads with a sneak peek of the Program Bay Decoration Contest! Teams are going all out to transform their spaces with patriotic flair. We can’t wait to see the final touches before judging happens on Thursday.

Leadership in Action!

We were so happy to welcome Josh Japitana, our Senior Director of Operations, to the El Salvador site last week!

Josh spent meaningful time with our leaders, had open and thoughtful skip-level discussions, and most importantly...connected with our amazing agents. His visit was filled with genuine conversations, lots of smiles, and a true spirit of teamwork.

These moments remind us how powerful it is when we take the time to listen, understand, and appreciate the work happening on the ground. It strengthens our bond as one team and fuels our shared mission.
