Breath gently with compassion for yourself and all beings.

Add this combo of herbs, spices and ghee to your favorite legumes or veggie dishes. I added to a coconut milk veggie soup this evening (sub ginger for cumin). The combo can help cool down in these hot summer months and relive heat accumulated throughout the tides of our lives.

Excess heat may show in many forms. Some being skin rash, acne, anger, irritability, and dizziness.

Help to balance by avoiding foods that are heat producing like spicy and sour foods.

Incorporate cooling foods like cucumber, watermelon, aloe vera and pomegranate.

A lovely blend of spices brings loads of flavor to this urad and yellow mung dal.
