Deaconess Hospice had the joy of hosting bingo at Greenbriar Nursing Center today!

We brought the prizes, called the numbers, and shared some sweet moments (and a few lucky wins) with the residents.

🌳 Families joined us yesterday for a special Memorial Tree Service, a time to honor loved ones and plant a living symbol of remembrance.

Now standing in our lobby, the tree is a peaceful reminder that love continues to grow and memories live on.

Thank you to our Spiritual Care team Josh, Brian, and J for creating a space filled with connection, care, and a safe place for families to remember and reflect.💛

🎶💿Deaconess Hospice co-sponsored The Blake’s 2nd Annual Senior Sock Hop last week and it was all kinds of classic cool.

We served up nachos, root beer floats, and soaked in the retro fun as residents hula hooped and danced the afternoon away. 🖤🎵🎙️

Huge thanks to The Blake at Biloxi for letting us join the party. The 50s never looked so good!

This morning, we had the joy of visiting William Carey University to connect with nursing students about hospice care and how they can be part of something truly meaningful.

Courtney, our Volunteer Manager shared how students can earn service hours through our Volunteer Program while making a real impact. 🙌

Britney, one of our Nurse Case Managers, gave students a behind-the-scenes look at the clinical side of hospice care. She showed what it means to care with both skill and compassion. 🩺✨

Angela, our Business Office Manager, helped make the morning a success with a welcoming breakfast and support that kept everything running smoothly. ☕️🥐

🎳Celebrating in style! Our team hit the lanes to mark our Bronze win for Best Hospice in the Best of Coastal Mississippi Awards! 🏆

We showed up ready to bowl but really it was about celebrating the heart and dedication that make our team so special. Whether it’s in the office, in the community or on the lanes we give it our all.
