They run a little long so just wash + dry once since they’re 90% cotton will shrink a hair before cutting off the excess leg length with scissors if you so desire. We like to keep them pretty long so they’re the right length w your platform uggs, crocs, sneakers etc. if you mess up and cut them too short, just turn ‘em into sweatshorts. It’s been done before. Definitely a unisex sweat as long as your man is comfy with Bingen adorning his b***y but also why wouldn’t he be. An arched Bingen logo gives the illusion of more a$$ (!!!) you’re welcome. Enjoy! If you’ve ever wanted to try hip hop but felt a little unsure where to jump in, this class with .kermani is for you.

In this one-time, 85-minute session, we’ll break things down from the ground up—starting with simple movement patterns, then layering on style and rhythm.

We’ll ease into a short routine that’s built to feel good in your body, no matter your level. The energy is upbeat, the music is infectious, and perfection is not the point.

Join us for a playful, sensual, and sassy advanced beginner jazz workshop for women. Heels are optional—attitude is required. We’ll kick things off with a warm-up & a fun across-the-floor section to get you into your body & feeling yourself, then dive into learning a dynamic combo with plenty of time to perform for each other. Wear something that makes you feel confident and comfortable. Knee pads or long pants are recommended if you’re sensitive to floorwork.

TWERKSHOP + Dance Party Hustle with next Saturday, March 15th: 9:30-11am 🍑🩷 Shake what ya mama gave ya! Get ready to pop, drop, and twerk at this high-energy class all about letting loose, feeling confident, and having FUN.

We’ll kick things off with a 30-minute warm-up focused on hip mobility before breaking down various twerk styles—complete with technique tips and time to ask questions.

Then, we’ll turn up the heat with a Dance Party Hustle-style dance session, giving you plenty of chances to practice your new moves!

What to wear? Ditch the compression leggings and opt for loose-fitting clothing like sweats, b***y shorts (fishnets for an extra sexy vibe!), or a flannel tied around your waist. The key is letting your hips and b***y move freely and jiggle. Come ready to shake it, own it, and werk it!
