This year taught me that I’ve been looking at hardship all wrong. Hard times don’t happen to you - they happen for you and your future self.

It’s those moments that build wisdom, perspective, and gratitude… and they make you appreciate what you have even more. And what I have is this team.

This practice is the dream, not because it’s easy, but because it’s real. The hard days make the victories sweeter, the growth more meaningful, and the joy that much deeper.
