Journal prompt for the start of your week:
What is calling me forward today, where in my life am I ready to take action?
Center yourself, breathe in slowly and release a sigh, repeat until your body relaxes and releases stored tension. Then repeat the journal prompt, and begin writing. Let the words flow without thinking. Let thoughts flow through the heart, through the pen, and onto the paper. This is your time, your private and sacred thoughts, no judgement. You may begin to feel a release, a freedom of expression and beautiful movement of your own truth.

Are They REALLY Just Coincidences?

Have you heard the same saying or phrase from several different people in one day? Do the same numbers keep showing up over and over again during your daily routine? Did someone happen to mention the same person you were just thinking about. Have you ever called someone on the phone and they were just about to call you?

You may chalk all this up as just mere coincidences, but these ARE clear signs that your soul is knocking at your door. Your soul is trying REALLY hard to get your attention to guide you! Sometimes it could be a soft tap or for those times when you’re not really paying attention, it could be a much louder bang!

Your soul often uses synchronicity as a method of communicating with you, so don’t pass these off as just coincidences. When you do get these clear signs, remember to PAUSE, BE OPEN and PAY ATTENTION to what your soul is trying to tell you. The more you notice them and act on them - the more they will occur for you.

Your soul knows what you want - but more importantly it knows what you need.

👉 Here are 7 tips to help you listen more closely to your soul’s messages:

✨ Pay attention to all the so-called coincidences.
✨ When these happen ask yourself “What am I suppose to be learning right now?"
✨ Look for signs when you run into people unexpectedly.
✨ If you have a problem, let it go and let your soul step in to help.
✨ Ask your soul directly for answers and act on them immediately.
✨ Become even more aware by recording these events in your journal.
✨ Believe that these Divine nudges are real!
