I hope that this announcement finds you all well and enjoying the autumn weather. Therapeutic Massage and Holistic Services is excited to announce that Matthew T. Simonetti LMT of MTS massage is joining our team!! Matthew has 18 years of experience in bodywork with a diverse professional background that includes clinical, chiropractic, spa, and professional sports; notably, he provided Sports Massage to the New York Giants for four seasons. “My path into massage therapy began with a curiosity and desire to alleviate my own physical discomfort—particularly in the Neck, Shoulder, Lower Back, and Hip regions. In massage school, I learned how occupational factors, recreational activities, and daily habits contributed to my chronic muscle tension. Through education and training, I acquired knowledge and skills to effectively address these issues and a myriad of other injuries and gained insights into how to prevent them. In particular, I understand the unique challenges individuals face concerning Neck, Shoulder, Lower Back, and Hip discomfort, making therapeutic work in these regions a specialty of mine.”
