Want to feel good today or get your natural healing journey started, today?

Here are a few small things to take on, without overdoing it.

Try one, try each one but go simple to begin. Try not to think of it as a challenge or overwhelming.

Just do it, at your pace or with your own personal measured goal.

Start somewhere, stay consistent, never give up, make recovery your own, and do it for yourself.

1. Cut and cook up a veggie or a few in olive oil or unsalted real butter. Salted butter is ok if you're heart and BP are good.

Add a touch of lowfat milk, and 2 to 3 eggs, a hard cheese, if you like, and make and eat yummy scrambled eggs packed with nutrients and protein.

2. Plan a walk. Short or medium. Maybe its only around one block to start. This is what did three months ago. Do it!

But stretch before and if your body tells you to stretch again afterward, don't ignore it. The stretching will start loosening those tight knots, and feel awesome.

3. Pick a small phyical project...i.e. - a room you've really wanted to clean up or straighten out, mow, garden...just a few ideas...and stretch!

4. Preplan one major meal for the day. Lunch or Dinner. Lots of veggies, normal portion of Salmon, chicken breast or tenderloins, or lesser fatty red meat with olive oil and your flavoring of spices. Be creative. Make up your own dishes.

5. Don't over eat. Eat up to 80% on your plate, and save the rest with what may be left in pan for tomorrow. Don't worry about how much you make. It will taste even better reheated the next day after flavors blend in fridge.

Helpful tips:

1. Stop microwaving and airfrying. Heck get rid of your microwaves, if you can deal with it.

They are dangerous to us all in ways you may not realize. They remove a lot of the natural minerals and vitamins in all you cook in them.

2. Drink water only, all day.

3. Eat no sugar or greatly reduce what you are used to for a day.

4. Eat no "processed" or packaged foods. Eat only farm fresh or frozen veggies. No canned veggies. No canned anything. Any products you buy for cooking such as tamato sauce for example, only buy in glass, not metal cans. Only fresh meat, Salmon or shrimp. Omega-3 fatty fish and sea food.

Go out and breathe in fresh air!

Enjoy your day most of all and remain calm, destressed, positive, laugh, and think positively.

You can and will be what you want to be...one day at a time!
