In this breathwork session, we move through gentle breath awareness and guided techniques from both ancient pranayama and modern practices. You’ll be supported through chakra alignment, intuitive movement inspired by lymphatic flow and yoga, and the safe release of stuck emotions held in the body. Together we work toward deep alignment, spacious release, and full-body revitalization. We conclude with time for integration in savasana, with the option to stay and continue your journey in the sound bath.
