My heart is so full as I reflect on this past sound journey weekend 🎶
Four beautiful sessions… each one deeply felt.

To everyone who came, who laid down or sat in one of our comfortable new chairs, who allowed themselves to soften and receive… thank you. Truly.
Your presence is what creates the field.

And to those who felt called but couldn’t attend… I felt you too. There is a place for you here, always.

There is something powerful that happens when we gather in this way
A remembering
A settling
A return to the body’s natural rhythm

If you’ve been feeling the pull, I’ll be offering a one day sound experience in May, along with our next group weekend June 12, 13, and 14.

As I left the final session, an eagle circled above… a quiet and beautiful closing.

Inner Light Sound Sanctuary 🤍

A Sound Weekend is coming,
the last week of April.

The space has been quietly evolving,
with new mats, additional chairs, and soft layers of support,
so each person can settle in with ease.

You will have the option to rest on a mat or be supported in a chair,
with blankets, bolsters, and eye masks provided.

This is a space to pause,
to soften,
to listen.

More details and dates will be shared soon.
Spaces will be limited to 20 attendees.

✨ Heart Illumination • December Sound Journey ✨

Over two evenings, more than 50 people gathered for Heart Illumination, sharing deep rest, gentle release, and a powerful sense of connection. 💗
The space held a calm, expansive energy, allowing each person to soften and receive in their own way. 🌿

Inner Light Sound Sanctuary returns in February, with an added third evening to create more space. 🌙
