This home is in honor of my mother-in-law, and to keep her home open and full of Love. This type of setting is excellent for residents who do not want to live in a larger community setting but still require a level of assistance similar to that offered by an assisted living facility or a nursing home. The staff in our home assist with medications, help residents bathe, get dressed and perform many other daily tasks or activities of daily living.

With a heavy heart, we share that Bonnie has gained her angel wings. Bonnie brought so much laughter and joy to all. She taught us many lessons, including to live in the moment, to not take anything seriously, to let the sun kiss your face whenever you can, and to dance like no one's watching. As she liked to say, “shake your booty.”

Happy CNA Day!! I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of my Aides (CNA's, HHA, PCA and my Aide in training) and those working elsewhere. I appreciate each of you for your tireless efforts. Your job isn't easy, and I value the dedication and compassion each of you brings. It's so much more than just assisting residents with daily tasks and ensuring their well-being. You take the time to build meaningful relationships with them, getting to know their preferences, and what brings them joy and a sense of belonging. You make them feel safe, cared for, and loved. I acknowledge and appreciate the hard work and commitment each of you demonstrates.

It's that time of year again. We're seeking a local family who may require assistance with Easter baskets for their children and Easter dinner. If this applies to you or you know a family in need, please submit a message with the children's ages. We'll select a family on April 13th. The chosen family's name will remain confidential. Once selected, I'll contact you to gather more information on the children's preferences. Our residents will actively participate in shopping for and assembling the baskets.
