We will be offering appointments for sports physicals starting in July!

Minnesota State High School requires athletes to have a physical to clear them for activities every three years, typically prior to 7th and 10th grade.

Appointments will be available on July1, 8, 15, 22, 29 and Aug. 5. Cost is $50 and not eligible for submission to insurance.

Just a reminder to our patients that when you are sending in a payment for your account - it MUST BE ADDRESSED TO P.O. BOX 169!! Our post office refuses to deliver it to us if it just has our physical address on it. We have had instances of accounts becoming past due because of this issue - we apologize for the inconvenience of having your mail returned to you.

Just a reminder that we are closed on Friday, Nov 29th. And beginning in January, our late evening appointments will be on WEDNESDAY nights, rather than Thursdays. We wish you all a very safe and happy Thanksgiving holiday!

Please keep in mind that if you are coming to Bird Island from the west or north of Olivia, there is road work being done and a bit of a delay with single lane traffic. Please allow extra time to get to your appointment! Thanks and be safe!

Because our phone system answering machine is a bit complicated (to say the least), there are times when we will be closed for holidays or when both doctors have taken a personal day. There may not be a message on the machine indicating that, so if you call and get no answer, it is most likely that we are closed for the day. When we are here and have multiple lines ringing, Nancy and Dana can usually answer your call within a few rings, so hang tight!

With that being said, the office WILL BE CLOSED on Friday, July 26th. In the future, we will try and post closings here on our page as much as we can!
