When summer gets busy, it’s not about doing ALL the healthy things perfectly. It’s about knowing your anchor habits — those few simple, grounding practices you can keep, no matter what.

Maybe it’s sticking to a consistent meal rhythm. Maybe it’s taking a quick one-minute body scan check-in.

They've been wanting to do this for the last year...

Since last May, our kiddos have been asking to make their Daddy a special book for Father's Day.

They LOVE it when he reads them Goodnight Baseball. It's a short little rhyming story about a Dad who takes his son to a baseball game and it walks through all their experiences of game day.

We've probably read it 80 times.

So what they decided to do is to make him their own special version of the book, full of pictures of them and their Daddy at their own t-ball and baseball games (plus a few from seeing the and ).

And I have to say, it turned out pretty amazing!

I don't think they've ever been more excited to give a gift.

What's one gift you were super excited to GIVE? Tell me in the comments 👇.

If you're struggling with infertility or loss, leave a question. If you're a momma already, leave some encouragement and wisdom.

If today isn't a happy Mother's Day for you... I've been there, done that -- AND, it sucks.

Please know you're not unseen, and you're not alone. So many women are beyond ready to be moms and aren't there today.

If that's you, I want to encourage you to listen to my friend, Heather McCreight's podcast, .

Hear my story of infertility, heartache, and hope in Christ in episode 21.

One of the biggest obstacles to letting go of dieting is ⬇️...
..learning to trust your body’s natural cues!

For many women, the idea of letting go of a diet plan is scary because it means stepping away from a source of control and direction over what or when they eat.

But in episode 74 of The Joy-Filled Eater Podcast, we’re addressing why it’s SO much better to trust your body when it comes to eating, and you’ll learn the key component to doing it!

In this episode, we’re continuing our discussion of body trust.

(Go back and listen to episode 73 for the kickoff to this series if you missed it!)

I know that cultivating body trust can help you improve your body image, but often it’s hard to lean into that trust.

That’s why I’m breaking down exactly how to do it, but it’s up to you to take action on it for yourself.

We’ll talk about the key component to learning to get in tune with your body’s natural cues and the truth about how God has designed your body purposefully and why you can trust it because of that.

In this episode, you’ll learn…

😌 The 1st component of body trust that will eliminate your need to ever go on another diet

🧠 Why you might have trouble recognizing and understanding your body’s signals and what to do about it

⚖️ How to find the balance between focus and intentionality

📖 What scripture has to say about your body’s design

⭐️ An effective strategy to get back in tune with your body

And as my gift to YOU, I created a companion workbook for this podcast series to help you do more than just listen. I want you to IMPLEMENT what you're learning so you can actually GROW!
