Prioritizing your mental is so important. Work on making your inner well-being a high priority, possibly meeting with a counselor or life coach regularly. When you have negative thoughts, (we all do), challenge them. Try actively replacing the negative thoughts with courage and gratitude. Making sure you have a self-care routine in place is a great way to help you clear your mind. Make sure to include activities that can help calm and center you. Staying grounded in the present moment is a great way to practice mindfulness.
