So I was going to keep quiet about this. I shared what I have going on at this moment with a few individuals that are dear to me. But someone else may need this. I have been so afraid/anxious the past couple of weeks. I had to ground myself and meditate on these scriptures:(1) God/The Most High HAS NOT given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7
(2) Be anxious for nothing,but in everything by prayer and supplication,with thanksgiving,let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God,which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.
I am not going to lie I thought I was a tuff cookie but I realized I was experiencing disassociation at its finest. I have some health issues going on but February 14th I went and got a CT because I reached out to my doctor because I was in the store I couldn't see, I was jittery, the right side of my head/eye was hurting,etc. I attempted to make it seem like I was ok. I am so glad my children are attentive when it comes to me. Anyway my cousin and I read my results. They found a tiny aneurysm and swelling in the veins in my brain. I saw it but it didn't really click. I knew that was dangerous but I couldn't process it. Fast forward to I think Tuesday the same thing was going on. Only this time I had to mentally walk myself through meditation because I thought I was about to die or something. Got to the hospital my blood pressure was 188/100. I laid there and started to talk to T'Nesha and God because ALL those emotions I was attempting to disassociate from were flooding in. Then I remembered T'Nesha you are a healer naturally God/The Most High gave you that gift. To shorten my story God sometimes puts us in situations/steps back in order for us to (1) Realize who we are/who's we are. (2) To step into that Power/Authority he has given you. (3) To see if you are going to drawn in the shallow end or realize that you're overreacting/overthinking/etc and all you have to do is STAND UP.. Release control. Listen to your body because it speaks loudly. Let go of the things you have no control over. Breathe. Love you. Take care of you. YOU ARE NOT SUPERMAN/SUPERWOMAN. Let Go. But I realized what's important to me, what/who I was neglecting,etc. I love y'all 🥰😘 Hopefully this helps someone to slow down and make sure they're ok..

I have been really debating/weighing my pros and cons but until further notice I will only be offering limited services and I will be office social media for a while(hopefully not too long). But I have some very serious health issues that require me to limit stress and certain activities until further notice. I will be finishing the tax season out and continue my notary services but anything else my books won't open back up until April 2025. I apologize for any inconvenience. The passed few days I have been paying attention to my dreams/visions, things that are surfaces within me, and so on. The healing corner was given to (by The Most High) a while back. I introduced my baby and then held it because I was worried too much about what others had to say. Know that light attracts ALL TYPES OF THINGS. Know that Light is a guide. Know that Light can heal. And so on. I realized yesterday my healing isn't just for me. I realized yesterday The Healing Corner is for me to use the tools/skills I have obtained to help overs on their journey. My journey is not in vain. It is to assist those sent by The Most High that are in a place that I have experienced before. With this being said be on the look out for classes and so much more. 🥰😘

Sometimes we hold on to individuals that have wronged us in one way or another. Why is that? There's is nothing wrong with forgiveness. But it is passed time to release. I keep hearing expiration date.. You can't receive nourishment from spoiled/rotten food nor can spoiled/rotten food be nourished. Meaning they know what they did/said and you continuing to give the access to you, pouring into them, loving on them, etc is only leaving you depleted. Release and make room for the new/nourishment.

I was in search of something/someone outside of myself. I didn't even truly know who, what, when, or where. Lol! That's some crazy ish right there. Until one day I looked in the mirror. I mean really looked. I had to start because I actually realized how beautiful I am. I look deeper into my eyes in a attempt to see my soul. I cried because in spite of all of the emotional/external wounds my aura was much brighter and beautiful than I ever realized. See I had to acknowledge, unpack, and release the things,people, behaviors, etc that no longer serve me. I am in a metamorphosis phase. I am being preserved for healing & growth purposes. Somewhere in this journey I lost me. I numbed me and silenced my voice in spirit & in truth. I chased things/people that were undeserving until I actually realized my worth. I had to realize my vibe/energy/aura is like no other. So I don't chase I attract everything that is for my higher good. I am not the same. I shed old skin and transform daily because I am on my journey to becoming the best version of me. I am like water I cleanse and heal. I am like the flowers in a field beautiful, beautifully scented, and my beauty is captivating. I'm not perfect by any means. I am not sugar and spice and everything nice. I am a goddess, a queen, a fierce warrior, and everything in between. I am duality in reality. I am only heard/seen in my naked form by individuals that align with my innergy. Not many can vibe with my frequency. I am a bold transparent soul. I found me. I found love. I found peace within me. 🥰😘
