Implants do not lift the breast.

This patient wanted a lift and fullness but she did not want a vertical scar under the aerola.
Dr. Grotting was able to achieve the result she wanted with a periar**lar mastopexy. This is an incision around the ar**la to reduce the size of a large ar**la while also removing excess skin to lift the breast. Implants were then placed to give the fullness this patient wanted. She has a beautiful natural result that she is very happy with!
