                                            For as long as I’ve been skinny in my life, food was 80% of the responsibility of what helped me gain over 45lbs of muscle and allows me to love the way I look and feel every. single. day. 
But a question I’ve gotten over and over again is “what should I eat to lose/gain weight?”
Honestly it just depends on how aware you are of your body and preferences. The answer will vary for everyone, but your ultimate goal should be to eat food that is considered “good”. 
“Is this food/drink allowing me to make progress towards my health and fitness goal?”
“Do I actually like the food I’m eating and do I understand what I’m putting into my body?”
“Is this making me feel better, have high energy, and increasing my health overall?” 
If you can answer “yes” to those questions, then you are on the right path to getting down 80% of the battle when it comes to finding the “best food to eat to lose/gain weight”. 
That’s truly how I can eat however I wish and not feel guilty about and still progress towards my fitness goals even being 6 years into my journey.
