There are truly no words to describe how thankful I am for 2025. Recently, my daughters asked me if I could do any job in the world, what would it be? My answer was simple…exactly what I’m doing.

Each morning, I wake up knowing I am doing work I feel deeply called to do. While many days are hard and often filled with sadness, I spend every day honored to walk alongside families during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

To the families who trusted CarePath with their loved ones—thank you. Your trust means everything.

To the incredible team I have the privilege of working with—thank you. This work would not be possible without your compassion, dedication, and heart.

To the outstanding medical providers we partner with—thank you for your collaboration, expertise, and shared commitment to our families we serve.

We’re honored to welcome a new CarePath client from Riley, NC. As her Parkinson’s disease progressed, she realized how important it was to be close to family. Helping her secure an independent living apartment near her loved ones became our top priority from day one. We’re so happy she’s beginning this next chapter in a place that already feels like home!

Our amazing community partners like play a vital role in this process.

These bags are from a clients home that was recently hospitalized. We found medication that expired in 1998.

He will come home to weekly pill packs and a clean medicine cabinet!
