So many of us were taught to think our way through fear.
Stay calm. Push it down. Smile through it.
But fear doesnโ€™t respond to logic. It lives in your nervous system, stored in tight shoulders, clenched jaws, shallow breath, and frozen posture.

When we avoid movement, that fear stays trappedโ€”showing up later as panic, exhaustion, or sudden outbursts.

It disconnects you from your body. It drains your energy. It can even lead to chronic pain.

But here's the truth: movement helps fear move through.

There are people walking through life holding their breathโ€”literally. And they donโ€™t even know it.

Sometimes the body doesnโ€™t feel safe, even when nothing around you is dangerous.
That tight chest, racing thoughts, clenching jawโ€”itโ€™s not just stress.
Itโ€™s your nervous system waving a red flag, asking for care.
