🚨 New findings in weight loss 🚨

Research investigator Aseel El Zein, Ph.D., in collaboration with Drew Sayer, Ph.D., and the ADAPT team, presented new findings at Obesity Week 2025.

They identified early predictors of weight-loss response in adults with obesity and prediabetes by analyzing a comprehensive set of clinical, behavioral, psychosocial, and sociodemographic factors.

The findings underscore that early weight loss is shaped by both biological and social context. Recognizing these multidimensional predictors before treatment adaptation can help design more personalized obesity interventions.
