Birmingham, this is an invitation to slow down and reset.

On Saturday, January 24, we’re gathering for a Nervous System Reset Experience — a 3-hour, guided journey designed to help the body release stored stress and return to regulation, clarity, and calm.

Through gentle somatic movement, intentional breathwork geared toward release, an integrated rhythmic breathwork journey with sound, and a full restorative sound healing experience, we create safety in the body so the nervous system can naturally soften and reset. Everything is invitational and paced with care.

It is official. Longleaf Lodge is coming to Shelby County in early 2027. We are deeply grateful to everyone who has shown us such unwavering support and kindness as we worked to make this vision a reality. As we reflect on the journey that led us here, we are humbled by the incredible community that has surrounded us from the very beginning. We can’t wait to continue this journey.
