Today, we celebrate freedom—and the resilience, courage, and sacrifice it took to secure it. At Longleaf, we’re honored to walk alongside veterans, clients, and families who continue to fight for a life of purpose and healing.

For anyone navigating this holiday with a heavy heart, know that strength looks different for everyone—and showing up for yourself today is enough.

Wishing you a safe, meaningful, and restorative 4th of July. 🇺🇸

A few weeks ago, our CEO, Colin, said something that stopped me in my tracks:

“Isn’t it wild how much a good parent can impact us?”

As Marketing Director, I get to share the heart behind Longleaf, and that line stuck with me. Our entire company was founded upon the principles of two best friends who wanted to improve themselves for the sake of their families. So much of what we do here is shaped by good fathers—men who chose healing, chose presence, chose to show up when it wasn’t easy.

Longleaf was founded by fathers. Fathers who believed that recovery could rebuild lives—not just their own, but the lives of those who come after them. Colin and John might have been the start, but we are honored to have so many other impactful men on our team.

This month, as we recognize both Father’s Day and Men’s Mental Health Month, we’re holding space for the dads in recovery, the men working toward becoming better versions of themselves, and the father figures who prove daily that strength is also soft.

Your healing matters. Your role matters. And we’re grateful to walk alongside you.

Happy Father’s Day from all of us at Longleaf.
