Do you need more than just a relaxation massage? At Birmingham Massage Couple we are now offering a new modality. Book an Orthopedic/ Pain Relief massage now. This is great for chronic pain areas like hip pain, neck tightness, rotator cuff problems.
This is not a full body massage since there is more of a concentration on pain relief and the cause of your pain. Some of your therapists may use different techniques that they have found useful to use like trigger point work, stretching, fasciablaster, cupping, etc. You may want to consider bringing a sports bra, shorts, etc with you in case the therapist might want to do some stretching and other techniques but it is not required.
