Life can throw you a lot of curve balls. This past year seems to have thrown many curve balls all at once. I love this quote because it is a great explanation of what can be achieved through therapy. My clients do not walk out of my door with the problems in their lives magically fixed. However, they do walk out being able to carry these struggles in a healthy and more manageable way.
