Hi my name is Trina Villanueva. I am a licensed massage therapist and my office is located at Birmingham Yoga. With six years of hands on experience, I can work on and relieve a multitude of different aches and pains. I specialize in relaxation massage, with focus on the neck and shoulders. I am very knowledgeable in the field of massage and love helping my clients regain a healthy range of motion, relax, and can work on problem areas as well. I look forward to meeting new clients and helping them feel the best they can in everyday life.
