After months of trying to find the perfect size space for my new pivot, I finally found it. Coming from 1800 sqft space paying $2500 per month, then after 3 years I relocated and slightly downsized to a 1250 sqft space paying $1400 per month, running a spa business. Now have a much smaller space paying wayyyyyy less and im super excited. In this season my business has to thrive instead of it just surviving…
Yall, that overhead was kicking my butt and it had me in overdrive with my marketing and getting clients through those doors. Then the economy started shifting and prices started to increase, it made clients second guess about coming in for spa services. I went from booked and busy and servicing hundreds of women, to just clearing rent and overhead.
I learned how to flip my Brick & Mortar quick! From offering virtual mailbox, renting shelving to business owners with products, hosting pop up events, renting space & more!
Hence why im the hustling ceo😜
But…I was still operating under my old business plan of being a spa owner and thats what I was/am known for.. The V-Steam lady…
But…. I want to be known for ALL of my Innergy & Hustles… So I decided to make the pivot and house everything under one roof and change the plan, because only being known for one thing but juggling several things had me overwhelmed.
