Just wanted to share some exciting updates! Sufficient Grace Counseling is now offering Brainspotting treatment for those who are in need of a technique that effectively treats complex trauma. This means that Sufficient Grace Counseling offers both EMDR treatment and Brainspotting treatment techniques. If you have any questions about these techniques, how they work, and know someone who might benefit from these trauma counseling techniques, please feel free to reach out!
