The Woodland Trail is a tree-lined path that's perfect for getting fresh air and exercise at the same time. Take the trail from the entrance in the upper parking lot down to the Contemplative Garden and back for a .3-mile distance!

What an exciting day of action as we kicked off our 2025 wheelchair football season in Chicago! After facing tough teams from Chicago and Green Bay, we’ll be back in action bright and early tomorrow morning looking for our first win. 🔨
